Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after an order is placed. Processing times may be extended during collection launches, high-volume sales periods, holidays, market events, or for larger/customized orders. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and include tracking information. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please note that Ali Aligned is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or carrier-related issues once the package has been accepted by USPS or UPS.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ali Aligned is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and customizable nature of our products, all sales are final. Ali Aligned does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
* Custom or personalized items
* Made-to-order products
* Minor variations in color, placement, texture, or design
* Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
* Shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS
Each item is carefully handmade and inspected prior to shipment. Because many of our products are created by hand, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of handmade products.
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe there is an issue caused by an error on our end, please contact us at alialigned2021@gmail.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Please include:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
If Ali Aligned determines that an error or defect occurred on our end, a replacement or appropriate resolution may be offered at the discretion of the company. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of Ali Aligned designs, photos, digital products, or branding is prohibited.
